No exaggeration it was some of the best pulled pork I’ve had. It was like biting into a hickory log- no seasoning or sauces needed. Check out Village Foundation where the owner repairs old cars and donates them to persons in need in the community.

Visited this week for lunch. The owner greeted us and served up the food. He was very personable and accommodating. the food was 5 star, and the southern hospitality was a cherry on top. If your in the area and want some real SC BBQ this is your place. The place is nothing to look at, but I am sure something is in the works. Pulled pork, fried ribs, and banana pudding are highly recommended.

New to the Awendaw area and tried this local gem. Ordered pulled pork and pulled chicken. Bar b que was fantastic, moist and not overly Smokey. Also tried some wings that were great. Potatoe salad was no doubt home made and delicious. Only wish they were open more, highly recommend.
